Terms

Agreement

tidewrightcharts.com (“Tidewright Charts”, “we”, “us”) is run by the operator of tidewrightcharts.com. By using the site you agree to the terms set out below.

Who may play

You must be at least 18 and live in the United Kingdom.

About Play Credits

• The games run on Play Credits, which we hand out for free.
• They are not money, not credit and not your property, and they carry no monetary value.
• You cannot buy, sell, cash out, give away or swap them for money, goods, services or prizes. Nothing on the site is for sale.
• No prize of value is on offer. Flagging a world in your ship’s log stores a bookmark, nothing else.
• We may change or reset credits, ranks and features whenever we need to.

Not a gambling site

We do not offer real-money gambling, we do not advertise it and we do not link to anyone who does.

Accounts

• Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
• Keep your password to yourself and let us know if anyone else gets into your account.
• Deleting the account takes one click on your account page and happens straight away.
• We can suspend accounts that disrupt the site or that we think belong to someone under 18.

Fair conduct

No hacking, scraping, bots or attempts to trade credits, and no letting under-18s play.

Liability

We provide the site as it stands and may change it at any time. If a game malfunctions, every play and payout affected is void. Liability that the law does not allow us to limit is not limited.

Governing law

The law of England and Wales applies to these terms.
